Selling Established payday loan site for sale low bin

Older established payday loan site that needs fresh content and promotion. Has earned well in the past.

Ideal for an affiliate program.

I just have too many sites to properly promote this one.

Site does not use a database. The pages are static, php. Add your code to two files for it to show on all pages.

Site files will be delivered in a zipped format along with information on how to add your adsense code.

Only verified PayPal users may bid. Bids from non-verified will be cancelled or voided.

Edit: Some of the content is unique, but most is not.

I don't think this site earned anything in the past 12 months, records farther back seem lost with the new adsense interface.

Traffic for 2011 averaged 75 uniques a month (yearly traffic/12). The site needs fresh content and promotion.
