Established new forum 4 sale, 135+ uniques per day Predicting a PR5! Adsense site$15

I have to find a new home suitable for my little one and as we all know moving is a lot of work. I don't have the time I'd like to put into all my projects right now, so I'm going to let this one go I think. It will also help cover moving expenses and help so that I can get a good place for little Isaac.

The site I'm selling off is:

It receives an average of 135 unique visitors per day, and has over 300 posts.
Domain is registered at namecheap.com and will do a free push. Can provide traffic stats if you like. I have not really attempted to monetize this forum yet, the plan was to build it up some more and go for selling text links and possibly banner ads. If it makes it's PR5 prediction, and you do a little more work on it and some promotion, the links and ads will sell well, a PR 5 with maybe 250 uniques a day and regularly posting members could pull in some good revenue. The skin, all content and domain name are included.

If BIN is met I will include the IPB license, otherwise an extra $55 for it.
Let's start the bidding at $75, with a BIN of $500.

I also have an adsense ready website for sale: http://www.carfixer.info. This site has just recently been uploaded and submitted to search engines/directories. It will probably take a few more days before it gets crawled, indexed etc and starts receiving some traffic. I would reccomend aditional advertising/promotion be put into this. Starting bid $15 BIN $45

Rezo: Well, this isn't a request for an appraisal. That is where your opinions belong, this is not the appropriate place. This is a sale thread, please keep it that way. If you are not interested in this, then just be on your way, thank you. There are many other factors to consider than just the memberbase and the number of posts, which you don't even have the numbers correct on. This site has a lot of potential and gets regular traffic, it is predicting a PR6, that in itself is worth something.

I can also provide hosting if the high bidder so desires.
