Established Myspace Resource Site 5 Months Old + More

I have an established (almost 6 month old) MySpace resource for sale.
Firstly, the main domain is http://www.imup.be

This site went live on June the 18th 2006 and has been receiving constant traffic since that day. After my initial burst of advertising and promotion in the first few weeks, i went back to focusing on other projects - as a result there has been no promotion or advertising since the start of July.
You will see as a result of this, traffic has fallen sharply. However, is still at a high level even without my input.
If you are willing to put a bit of work in promoting the site you should easily be able to attain the previous levels of traffic before too long.
I'm selling because i don't have the time to promote and advertise.
I'm concentrating on exams in college and i can't update and manage sites right now.
A bit of money in time for Christmas would be nice too.

There have been a few tweaks and customizations i've implemented to help get this site to stand out from others. There are about 5 (simple) custom templates i designed for peoples profiles, i've included a newsletter function that is both easy for users to sign up to, and administrators to manage and update.
I have spent a bit of time integrating adsense ads throughout the site and think i've got adverts in excellent conditions.
I've updated a number of the tweaks, templates and mods as many were outdated and no longer worked with new myspace filters.

Adsense revenue fluctuates between $2.00 and $0.20 a day, and earned just over $15 last month.

I will also include the site "http://www.soundspace.be" another, far less developed site i put up just because i had the spare domain.
It hasn't been configured correctly, and a lot of the images aren't showing. All the codes, and tutorials appear to show fine though which is what i imagine is getting the traffic.

No revenue, but i think the domain is more myspace related - and perhaps the script will be of interest too.

This will be my first sale, i don't know whats it is worth so don't have an exact BIN figure.
