    Hi,

    Up until the start of the month, this website was averaging 1,000 uniques visits daily - mainly from Google, and anything between $7-$10 in daily earnings. HOWEVER, due to an issue with my host for non-payment the website has actually been down for the last 2 weeks.

    I imagine this will probably have an effect on the website rankings once it's reindexed in Google. So the website is being sold 'AS SEEN' and for that reason I am looking for much less than the site was worth 2 weeks ago before the hosting issue.

    Of course right now, with no listing in Google, traffic is minimal.

    All content is unique, and I have heavily customised the forums located here: www.mw3-forum.com/forum. We also have a newsletter feature which has 64 opted in subscribers, and a facebook page with over 100 fans (located here).

    With the FB page and subscribers, this definitely adds value. I'm sure once Google has reindexed the site traffic will begin to return to good levels - but once again please note that right now traffic is at very minimal levels.

    Pretty tough call. I'm pretty sure the Modern Warfare 3 reports have been denied at this time.

    Since listing this, we've actually been re-indexed in Google so over time rankings should begin to recover. :)

    sportwiz, while Modern Warfare 3 is yet to be confirmed there is already significant search traffic for the term. Furthermore, all leading sources including IGN, Gamespot, 1UP, the LA times, and more have all speculated on a November 2011 release. MW3 will be released at some point in the future - it's just the release date that's up for speculation at the moment.

    I truly believe it as a big MW fan myself but others might not. I just saw an announcement is expected to come this month anyways.

    Just PM'd you and added you to analaytics. No real improvement yet - it's only be reindexed for less than 24 hours though.
