    I have an established 9 month old website for sale. The site is ranked on the second page of google for targeted keywords. Listed On Google, Yahoo And Bing as well.

    It receives about 500- 600 visits a month, despite being neglected for so long. The site is monetized through adsense plus amazon.

    Earnings have dropped to $4 to $5 a month because the website is neglected for quite some time.

    The website is an exact match domain and has substantial backlinks. I will disclose the url via pm only to avoid competition for this established website. As mentioned earlier, it just needs a little push to move to the first page and not more competition.

    With additional marketing you can get it to first page and make an easy $50 to $100 a month. The amazon product on the website is worth more than $100 so good chance of earning commission from amazon also apart from adsense once the site moves to the first page.

    I will consider any offers over $75 for the next 24 hours.

    EDIT

    I spent some time now to check the rankings for this website and I see that it's ranking for 4 keywords that receive good amount of monthly search

    page one - number 6 for a particular keyword
    page 4 for one more keyword
    page 2 for one more keyword
    page one number 5 for another keyword
