Buying Established & Legit CPAlead Site, x,xxx budget

Not interested in any new sites or knock off templates sold everywhere. Don't even bother please. I'm also not interested in
sites "with potential". They need to be earning x,xxx NOW.

No adult sites, nothing involving torrents.

I'll need to see stats. I'm not spending x,xxx on sketchy claims.

I prefer something that doesn't require too much time. Preferably just
traffic maintainence two to three times a week. So...if you spend several hours
per day generating traffic to sustain the earnings - I'm not going to be interested in the site.

I'm not opposed to paid traffic techniques if that is mixed in too, but not thru adwords.
