    Why are you selling this site?
    I am selling this website & app to consolidate the websites we currently own and focus on some of our bigger websites, we are unfortunately able to give this forum the attention it deserves.

    How is it monetized?
    Currently it is not, however, I would recommend using PopAds or CrakRevenue, you can make easily a few hundred a month with the level of traffic and continued growth in traffic.

    Does this site come with any social media accounts?
    No, however it does come with an Android App!

    All traffic is 100% organic, and traffic is at a very large, steady incline as you can see in the image below from analytics, it will continue to grow, as our rankings increase, with no effort! All you need to do is monetize it. :)

    Also, please keep in mind that this website is several months old, however, we just installed analytics at the beginning of October, as that is when we decided we would like to sell it soon.

    Here is an updated Google Analytics, still increasing daily, almost at 500 daily visitors.

    You could easily setup ads via the XenForo Admin interface and start making money instantly. I'd recommend CrakRevenue, and Popads. Should make a few hundred a month, we are mainly selling this property as we do not really deal with "Adult" niche websites.
