Established iPhone website with traffic and revenue

    I'm selling my 9 months old PR4 (19 Jan 2007) iPhone blog.
    The website is getting traffic since day one:

    Stats for August:

    Stats for July:

    The traffic is only natural.

    Revenue is as follow:
    • ~ 40$/month from tla
    • ~ 25$/month from copeac (1.25$/lead)

    I have not tested AdSense there (don't have adsense account), but I can only assume that the revenue will be at least 100$/month.

    There are 81 subscribers from feedburner.

    The asking price is 2000$, but is negotiable for serious buyers.

    Hello, I'm seriously interested, but the revenue should ideally be 10x of your *current* earnings.

    So, if I sell 7 links for 10$/month are you willing to pay 1350$ (70$+40$from tla+25$ from copeac)?

    This website has a great potential using adsense/ypn or other affiliate programs.
