We have 3 different revenue sources: AdSense (minimal), Paypal, and TrafficPayouts Affiliate Program

I prefer to run pure Adsense websites that take no maintenance, so I'm letting this site go. It actually doesn't take that much time to run, but you need to be prepared to answer customer service emails. If you don't mind the occasional obnoxious customer, then this should be easy for you.

Income

Since this is an e-commerce site, income will obviously fluctuate a bit. . Paypal can be anywhere from $100-$700 per month.

Paypal breakdown is as follows:

Feb 25-Feb 29: $83.65 (4 days only!)

Mar 1-Mar 31: $725.51

Apr 1-Apr 30: $278.58

May 1-May 31: $408.01

June 1-June 31: $114.91

TrafficPayouts.com only shows total income, which is about $3000. So the average comes out to be about $750/month for TrafficPayouts. I have nothing to hide, if you don't believe me that TrafficPayouts.com only shows full income, go register there yourself and find out. So in this particular case, it's only possible to use the average.

Once again, traffic can be proved with Analytics access. We're in the top 500,000 Alexa sites and traffic has been stable so you know you're getting a good site that won't sink down under weeks after you buy it.

Also, we've neglected doing link sales (look at the footer) and there is still ample room to sell more links. Even if you sell really cheap links, you should be able to get an extra $100/month from link sales alone.

No SEO has been done for this website. Someone with SEO or PPC knowledge will have what it takes to bring this site to a new level and expand the income far more than I can imagine.

We have 3500 double opt-in subscribers that you can sell to via email marketing. This should help you recover your initial investment in just 1-2 months time. The list is interested in "make money" products, and there are THOUSANDS of such products out there on the market today.

This site can be run on a cheap shared hosting server. TOTAL expenses comes down to:

The advertising we did involved buying banner ads at other sites similar to ours. This proved to be lucrative as it gave us more affiliates and advertising opportunities. Someone with the money to invest in this would be keen to scout out more of such sites to expand your affiliate base. Remember, expanding your affiliate base means MORE residual income every time a new affiliate signs on. That means your monthly income can only GROW, and you can stop advertising once you've hit a point in monthly income that you're satisfied with, or you just want to take a bill off your back.

BIN is negotiable via PM, However, if I don't get the right price, I will just keep it and work on it since the income/traffic has already been stable, and all I need to do is seek out more affiliates and do SEO to expand.

The reason I'm letting it go so cheap is because over the passed few months I have had zero time to work on the site so income has fallen off. If someone had 1 hour a day this site could be pulling in $500-$1000 a month again in no time at all.
