Established Incentive Site $48,615.11 net in 5 Months!

Hello. I am listing my incentive site for sale. EarnGiftsFree.com This site has been a great help to me in raising enough money to buy into a partnership of a family business. This is the reason I am selling. I cannot dedicate my time to this site as much as I would like and I know it can be taken to higher levels. I have owned this site for just about 5 months now. I went live on July 9, 2007. In that time over 2,300 members have joined the site. I have made a gross profit of $73,607.00. When you deduct cash and prizes of $24,991.89 that have been paid out it leaves me with a net of $48,615.11

I currently work with 2 affiliate companies to get my offers for the site. (Premiere Incentive and Revenue Universe) The new owner can apply to any companies he or she likes. My account with the affiliate cannot be transfered to you, but, I can help you create an account with the affiliates I currently use.

The domain is registered at godaddy and has just been renewed for 2 years. The domain is set to expire on 8/13/2009

The site is hosted at secureservertech and is set to expire on 10/22/2008

The script the site runs on is FSRevolution. I cannot transfer the license to the new owner, but, a new license is built into the price of the sale of the site. It is very easy to do and it will not affect the site or experience any down time by getting a new license.

I will help transfer the entire site and the domain name to the new owner.

As a bonus, the site has it's own forum on FIPG which will become yours. I also have a rotating banner running on the leaderboard of A4F. These are two very big sites in which your customers will come from. I have tried to set up a forum on FLR, but, with the new rule in place you must be established for 1 year before a dedicated forum is granted to you. The new owner will also get all the banner's and avatars associated with the site. I also have an AIM account with the user name EarnGiftsFree. If you like, I will transfer the name to the new owner. It is great to use AIM for support or contacting your affiliates.

I will help the new owner learn how to use the site, but it helps if your already an incentive site owner as my time is limited. As far as payouts go, I am willing to pay for any user who tries to cash out on or before 11/30/2007 for a period of fifteen days. The new owner will take full responsobility for all payouts of cash and prizes on December 15, 2007.

I hate to see this site go, but, I am now a homeowner with two kids and this partnership is important in securing my future. This site has been priced to sell. The reputation of the site as well as the earnings potential is tremendous. Dont let this opportunity slip you by.

Over 2,300 members. These sites are what you make of them. The traffic is sort of a snowball effect. A user gets x amount of referrals for his/her prize, then, those referrals are also eligable for a prize and have to get x amount of referrals to cash out for their prize and this just goes on and on.
