FREQUENT QUESTIONS:

1) Why are you selling if the site is doing well? Simple, if you have 3 little ones running around, then you know why. Family comes first.

2) How many new members signup each day? This obviously fluctuates, but on average 10 -15 new members signup daily.

3) What is the net profit each month after all expenses? Our only actual expenses are $19.95 hosting and we payout 30% of the offer value to members. With member upgrade and advertising purchases, our average profit has been around $1,300 - $1,550 a month.

4) What is your reserve price? The reserve is set at $2,700. We feel this is extremely fair, as it is only about 2 months of average revenue. The script, template and enhancements done on the site alone are more than one month's revenue. Add to that over 1000 members and you easily have more than the value of the site.

5) How much do you spend in advertising? NOTHING! We no longer use paid advertising on the site since being established. Our members refer others and post on blogs and forums which promotes the site. You have very little to no work on promoting to be done.
