Selling Established Image Hosting Website - 3+ Years old - Excellent Deal

Site has been in market for almost 4 years now. In May 2010, the database for the complete website was formatted (due to HDD failure / backup failed too) and I lost all my members + images. The site reputation was still good (PR 3), so it quickly started recovering - but I put 0 effort in advertising it.

Prior to this, income was $100-$200 a month, but now it is <$50/month after costs.

I do not promote this at all, and have done nothing for a year almost. Still get about 50-100 image uploads daily.

A small amount of work can turn this into $200/month VERY EASILY specially since the site already has good backlinks, is spread all over the internet / image hosting directories.

new owner just needs to put in some time to promote it more (to turn $30 into $200 a month) - and I will provide the new owner with the methods (easy, about 30-45 minutes a day for a month will get you to $200 a month easily). However, I do not have the time or motivation to do that - hence I'm selling this now.

site is run on a shared host, cost for hosting/bandwidth is less than <$10/month. Any host will do.

I'll host it free for the first 2 months.

Will be there to help / install for new users....unlimited support for 6 months at least, after that too I'm cool with any help anytime.

Easy to maintain, no work needed.

I took a look at the web site and found an error in the script when opening some of the images -

SmartTemplate Parser Error[Line:129]: File not found: "/home/watch/public_html/includes/../skin/default/rate.html"

Seems to be something to do with the ratings system.
