Selling Established GREEN site -- Past profits, exclusive content, etc.

Up for sale is a site I set up about 1 year ago.

The site was put online with Wordpress and exclusive content. I also wrote and submitted articles to EZA and other places.

Over the past year it's made $654.16 via CB sales. I don't really have AdSense on the site, so that could be a source of income as well.

GREEN living is a hot topic and the industry is booming.

If I would have had time to add some more content, the site would have been even better. Lots of opportunity out there.

I've left the site running for months as I don't even have 2 minutes for it. In 2009, it's getting 300-400 people a month to the site on average (317 is lowest, 525 is highest).
