    I want to buy established forums. Must be well designed, preferably VB4. Active members, posts, and at least 1,000 uniques a month. No porn, file sharing etc.

    Sorry just a quick note. My main criteria for the "niche" is that it is timeless as possible. For instance a business forum isn't going to phase out any time soon, but a Call Of Duty Forum might be dead within a few years. Hope that makes sense.
