    quarter million page views and 41,000 visits per month
    1300 members (just had a delete blitz due to zero post accounts)
    36,000 posts.

    indexed pages for domain:-
    google: 95,300
    yahoo: 17,000+

    The site has real potential with an obsessively dedicated and highly soccer knowledgeable admin and moderators who wish to stay on.

    I was asked to clarify the reason for the sale...

    The reason for sale is my pending homeless with my two kids.

    I am a single parent father and have zero time for this site since getting my kids.

    Hope you understand why the site has slipped a little.... that doesn't make it a bad investment though.

    As an SEO specialist, you can be assured lots of time and care has gone in... there are many many backlinks - the site just needs some love and care.

    whoever buys it is down by almost $90 as they would have to buy one

    sorry snow, I cannot let it go for that low figure. I need a reasonable price based on the potential and the fact I paid a nearly twice that for it originally.

    My kids and I also have to eat.. lol

    No, but i guess you are allowed to let the lease run it's course - so they still have till december in which to take over ownership of a new lease, or an owned license.
