1. Traffic

From Google Analytics:

- 23,000 unique visitors per month (averaged over the last 7 months)

- 52,000 page views per month (averaged over the last 7 months)

- All traffic is organic, from search engines and referrals -- no paid sources.

- I will be happy to give prospective buyers access to the Google Analytics account.

2. Email list

- 2500 double opt-in email subscribers, growing every day.

- Email platform is Aweber.

- Sale includes an autoresponder sequence of 20 extremely high-quality, useful and unique followup emails, each approximately 2000 words long, and many also have images and illustrations. This is 20 weeks' worth of high-quality material if you set the interval at 7 days.

3. Facebook page

The facebook fan page has 802 fans at the time of writing, and grows every day.

4. Expenses

- Hosting: VPS at Liquidweb, $65 per month.

- Aweber: $29 per month

- Amazon Cloud hosting: varies; typically around $20 per month (due to some large animated GIF files).

5. CMS

The site runs on Wordpress, using a fast and Search Engine Optimized premium theme.

6. Payment, Support and other details

- I will accept PayPal or wire transfer.

- I will cooperate fully with the buyer to make the process as smooth as possible.

- The successful buyer will be given full control of the Aweber account (for the email list) and the Facebook fan page. You are buying the whole package.

I have replied by PM -- thanks for your interest.

For everyone else: I produced all the content myself and it is 100% original. I also produced all of the 20 substantial followup emails in the autoresponder sequence.

Any and all questions are welcome -- I will add any prospective buyers to the Google Analytics account.

The problem however is that my client would not be able to add any more content of that quality, when you are no longer involved
