I am looking forward to sell my website that was created 2 years ago and now looking for selling as I require funds for some new projects quickly. The website has a brand-able domain name: ColorFlys.com and has a Google Page Rank 2 for more than a year now. It has got more than 50% from the search engine traffic.

The website has a good Google and other search engine reputation and also if you search for colorflys or colorflys.com it does have a Google Site-links too. In addition to this the website ranks 1 for many keywords like "emails collection" , "forwarded emails collection" , fun emails collection, amazing emails etc. In addition it has more than 1500 regular feed-burner readers. Runs on a premium wordpress woo theme purchased.

It is basically an entertainment site that can be used to its potential if Google Adsense has been strategically placed. Outlining the key points below again.

You are right!
Its growing at real good rate and I can see the reason is content that has been regularly added for years and it has been ranking 1 on search for forwarded emails and amazing emails related search terms.

I have a dedicated and regular content writer who will add 2 articles a day for 20 USD a month and I guess thats a fair deal when you dont have to worry about the content updation as well. If I find a serious buyer and reasonable price, certainly Yes, I will make sure you have the contributor on your side.

also another update: the website is presently on Black Sakura Theme ( 35 USD worth premium theme from Themeforest registered on colorflys.com) and the control panel has "delecious" theme another premium theme from woothemes that can be activated on your choice)

There are only 2 spots on the website where ads are used so more monetization depends on your flexibility to add and place ads as per your choice and the revenue can be increased. I have used minimal ads to keep it cleaner.
