The network consists of the following three directories:

www.linkmoz.com
www.web-directories.net
www.linkd.info

1) linkmoz.com is the biggest directory of the three with the highest traffic and revenue. Has a very brandable domain, which alone costs at least a three digit number in $. Registered at godaddy and expires in 2008.
Template has been customized. It runs on phpld 2.1 and includes many customizations and mods like PR mod, homepage newsfeed mod, details mod, backlinks display for listings mod.
It includes a blog with enough content and also a forum which can be used for various purposes. There is a huge directory list embeded within the blog, which is used as a resource by many webmasters.
It has a PS 4, according to SEOmoz, with more than 20,000 backlinks, which have been chosen carefully and are high PR links (PR 7, 6, 5, 4)
A lot of promotion and SEO work has been done, and the directory gets top SERPs for some very good directory-related keywords, (check: http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=strong+directory&btnG=Google+Search

resulting in some nice traffic from search engines.
Current PR is 3 as the current PR update has not yet been completed. It is predicted to rise to PR 5 or 6.

2) web-directories.net is a directory of directories. Traffic is comparatively low but the conversion rate is very high, both in adsense and submissions terms. Current PR is 0 but a lot of promotion has been done the last 5 months. After the update it is predicted to go to PR 5.

3) linkd.info is currently PR 2 and predicted to rise to PR 5, due to heavy link-building. Uses a paid web 2.0 template. It receives good traffic and also regular submissions. It displays the newsfeed from linkmoz using a homepage newsfeed mod, thus increasing the content.

The three directories are working together, using linkmoz as the leader.

For the six months we have been running the directories we have been paying around 100$/month for promotion, and other expenses.
Links bought are long term links.
We have already renewed many of the backlinks, and no link will expire before mid October.
We will renew two more PR 6 backlinks upon sale as a gesture of good faith.
There is also another PR 7 link on a friendly site which can be arranged under very positive terms (www.pointer.gr).
Curently there are two PR 7 sitewides and two PR 6 sitewides and lots of PR 5 links linking to the site.

Monetization : Network has a revenue of more than 500$/month (submissions + adsense) as shown in screenshots (note that submission revenue is for the first half of September). Very few text links have been sold until now so this number can greatly increase.
