Buying Established Diet/Weight-Loss Site!

I am looking to buy an established website in the areas of dieting and weight-loss. I do not care weather it is earning $100 a day or $20 a month, I will still consider it. I am only searching for quality sites, not a week old blog with 5 articles covered with adsense. Speaking of blogs, although not mandatory, I do prefer it not be a blog, but a site with a custom or modified CMS. Also, a site that can run by itself or requires little work to update and maintain would be excellent.

Must have decent SEO done, meaning most of the traffic should be coming from search engines. I'll also require the content as well as design to be unique.

NOTE: If your site is not earning any sort of revenue, make sure you can back it up with a high PR or huge amounts of unique content. I will NOT accept sites that only cover 1 or 2 requirements or are basically mentioned to have "potential" if promoted. I want something that is already promoted.

I've a decent budget so don't hold back of your best sites.
