    Looking to sell this designing weblog, where over 95% of the content is unique. It has a unique design build upon the Quommunication theme. It's making around $250 per month from advertising (about 20% of which from google adsense). It's ready to go with a bunch of installed and setup Wordpress plugins and features like sitemap, featured entries (flash carousel), etc.

    Most of the traffic is organic and the blog is getting about 600 unique visitors and 4000 pages daily (according to awstats). I can share more details abou revenue and stats with interested buyers.

    Do I see this right that 70% of all blog posts are from 28th October 2008? why is this?

    EDIT: I see there are more from 2008 (just found the list at the end of the page)
    So the blog was very active in 2008, and in 2009 there are 11 posts from 2009. Why is there that big gap please explain

    @olaf2 I haven't had time to post or manage the blog this year that's why I'm trying to sell, I'm pretty sure with a good care the traffic/revenue can would up.

    @Toon-c No comment. If you believe in the Alexa ranking for sites over 1000 you live in the lie mate, what percent of internet users have Alexa toolbar installed (< 1% ??????????)

    So at the current price it would take almost 3 years to get my money back?

    Also AWstats is horrible. Can you post an analytics report? Proof of income too please.
