    I have to let this website go to the person who bought it at BIN price because I need additional advertising capital to promote a higher paying campaign that I am currently working on.

    This site comes up unique header banner and it is using the famous Church Studiopress premium theme which cost me a whopping $59.95.

    The domain name is unique and brandable. This site could be used to promote dating related clickbank products (which I didn't).
