Reason for selling the site is that I unfortunately need the money right now. If it were possible I'd keep the site and develop it even further. I've been looking at some very profitable keywords with low organic competetion that I wanted to build pages for and probably rank well for, but don't have the time to do so.

No, because the SEO work began in January and was completed in March and then the site began making money in April so there's nothing prior. Now it's in the top 2 for it's main terms and is on autopilot from here on out.

The user downloads the software for free as a trial. Once they try it and it works, then they'll need to pay for it to unlock the important features. Any hosting can be used since it's a low traffic site.
