    I am looking to buy sites that fits my criteria:

    - Must be established (more than 6 months at least)
    - A lot of good posts, content (at least 50)
    - No spam, SEO bullshits
    - Revenue are not necessary

    I am considering selling my golden retriever site. It has about 40 posts, unique content written by me, a custom template, and a new ebook I just created, for email signups. I am going to ask $400.00 for it, because the domain name has value, plus the site. I owned the-golden-retriever.net and sold just the domain name for $350.00.
