Reason for selling: I have several websites. They are taking much of my time. I either need to put some time into this website, which I have been going to do for over 6 months, or sell it. I have decided to sell as I do not foresee having the time to balance this site with my current projects.

Thank you for the interest in Computer-Software-Deals.Com. This site is similar to the one I sold last week. It focuses on Software instead of Cell Phones. It uses the Ghostscript script as the backend. The site has a shopping cart. The themes are similar however these are custom templates. Clean design in my opinion. This site is older and PR 5 instead of PR 4 like the Cell Phone site.

Computer-Software-Deals.com is getting about 20 unique a day presently. I did not realize it was that low until I put it up for sale last night. I do not remember the last time I check how this site was doing financially. The income has drop to zero.

The site has about 47,000 pages in Yahoo! Search. The results are probable coming up low right now, 100+. I could resolve this if I wanted to. I decide to sell now instead of building traffic and income as it only proof I can build traffic and income. The new owner only need spend some time with this site to whip it back into shape.

This site works best by ranking for lots of "low hanging fruit" or long (4 - 8 word) keyword phases. The keywords are easy to rank for, and the visitors are in shopping mood instead of research mood. Once again, this site is a PR5 and the pages are already index. The right individual can start making many with this site in short order. The high bid is $51 at eBay. Please bid there.
