Established ClickBank Site: Metal Detecting

Hi,

I created a site that I was planning to keep, but am working on way too many things. Looking to let it go for a good price.

I sell that video course under the pen name "Cody Smith". All the content is original. I had the ebook written over at get a freelancer for like $245, and then created 7 videos to go along with the ebook.

It's only a few months old, but the niche has very little competition, and tons of search. I ran a PPC campaign for like 2 days, and was able to get nearly 200 clicks a day from the impressions available for phrases such as "metal detecting" or "treasure hunting" and brands of different metal detectors.

The site made 3 sales before I paused the campaign. I never even did any split testing. There are a few affiliates who send traffic, and over 10 forums that you can post in that I havn't even touched. I'm happy to give all this information to the buyer.

I'm not looking to make a lot from it, just would sorta like to get back what I've invested, and get paid for the work I've put into it since it is profitable.

It gets a few unique visitors from search, but nothing to report or show screen shots of. The only traffic I've sent is through PPC, and a few affiliates who promote it lightly.

Its a turnkey established clickbank product and you could do very well by raising the price and doing a launch. I did get 30 some opt ins to confirm their email address from the PPC traffic, and havn't mailed them yet. You can have those too.
