Selling Established Classifieds site PR1, alexa 345,881, 4000+ users, traffic and eans $

I have a great Free classifieds site running a licensed classipresss script that I would like to sell to help pay off my debt that I have incurred with other sites.

This site has

- over 4000 registered users - posting everyday
- there is an email widget that allows you to blast messages out to the users
- valid PR1 rank and good alexa 345,881 rank
- hundreds of cached pages in google
- aged domain (6 years 8 months ++)
- script has an upgrade feature and you could sell links for more revenue (of witch I have yet to utilize)
- can provide screen shots to prove above statements
- am an established user here on DP, ebay, flippa and other sites with good reputation

Site is alreading well established and has lots more potential

Thanks for being patient as I have spent some time to gather some more information that I hope will show the site is a valuable asset, witch I am only selling because I have some debts that I must attend to before the end of the month ... anyway enough of my sob story ...

Here is some more info that I hope will help make more people bid on the site, I have included some screen shots showing the plugins that I have on the site, some of them are key to making it a great site such as the:
- Email Users plugin that allows you to send email to any or all of the almost 4000 registered users
- the Products Toolbar plugin that allows you to have a message pop up from the bottom or the top of the site to market stuff for your self
- Google XML Sitemaps plugin that automatically updates the sitemap file allowing more pages to get indexed in search engines
- WP Super Cache plugin that takes a load of your host from all the traffic,
- Yet Another Related Posts Plugin - Returns a list of related entries based on a unique algorithm for display on your blog and RSS feeds
- WP-reCAPTCHA Integrates reCAPTCHA anti-spam solutions
- Executable PHP widget - allows you to add whatever code you want in the side bars

but keep in mind because it is wordpress based there are thousands more out there free and paid that you could add to this site

the email user plugin is great because it allows you to send email from the site to any of the registered users - see http://classifiedadsfree.com/images/email-users.jpg - you can keep people coming back or market other material etc.

I have never promoted the site at all actually, somebody else had the site before me and I expect that they got it listed on several sites that promote free classifieds

... now 4200 registered users on the site

icemusike, if you plan on using this forum much then you may want to avoid stuff like bidding and backing out, it wastes others time and does not do much for your trust, reliability, reputation (e.g. sellers may just reject your bids now) and certainly will not make you mainly friends. Not really sure why you backed out but either way good luck with what ever the new year brings for you.
