Selling Established Business Blog

Selling a established business blog that I created last year. It has 22 articles, all of which are 100% unique. As you can tell, it currently runs on wordpress. I have adsense up and running on the site, but doesn't make much for the lack of traffic. Originally I was thinking about making some kind of jobs classifieds website, but didn't get to that point as I'm currently busy with other projects at the moment.

I know that $150 is a bit expensive for a site that's hardly bringing any traffic and barely any revenue to speak of, but I honestly think it's a fair price to ask for because of the unique content and high brandability of the domain name itself. With more development and promotion, the domain itself could go far in it's potential if dealt with in the right hands.

My main reason for selling is I'm looking to clean out my website portfolio. Spending $400 a year just with godaddy is a bit much for my budget, so you'll probably see more sales from me within the next few days/weeks. As I said, I know it's a bit much for what I'm asking, but I have a lot of sentimental value within the website itself. So if it doesn't sell, it doesn't sell. I am in no hurry at all.
