Buying +++ Established blog or website with UV 500+ +++

Hello,

I want to buy websites - preferably wordpress blog. My requirements:
- domain age: 6+ months
- daily UV: 500+ (organic UK & USA only) - it can have 1000 UV but, at least 500 must be from UK or USA
- domain not banned, blacklisted etc.
- revenue can be $0

I have a decent budget to spend so if you have a site which meets requirements above - PM me:

- traffic details (UV, bounce rate, avg page view per user)

If I'm interested in your site - I'll get back to you but will require GA access or exported file.

I might be also interested in domains with some PR, backlinks and traffic (no content).

I do not want to buy anything related to adult, spyware, warez & any other typically unwanted type of sites.
