    Hey all,

    I am selling a site that I had began working on about 3 months back. I personally don't have the time anymore to work on it, so I am letting it go. It is a very well established site with full white hat SEO that ranked it at a Page Rank of 2 in under 3 months. The site is getting organic traffic from Google, Yahoo and bing at the moment. Some referring sites, specifically other blogs.
