Established arcade site for sale

Hi,

I'm selling my two year old arcade site www.playedonline.com. The site gets 90% of it's traffic from Google as it ranks well for the terms "Free Games" and "Free Online Games" (usually on the first page of the results).

Adsense revenue averages about $15 per day and the site gets bout 3,000 unique visitors daily. The site runs on game site script and has about 2,500 flash games (1,500 came with the script and 1,000 were added later from another package).

Hosting costs are $100/month for a dedicated server at oc3networks.com. The server is very lightly utilized (bandwidth used is about 100GB/month).

All links to the site are either organic or purchased permanent links. Some temporary links have been purchased in the past but they have been removed at least 6 months ago. PR is is currently 4 and is expected to rise to 5 or 6 at the next update.

The site requires no maintenance. I have not done any work on it this year other than a bit of marketing back in April.

The site can be monetized better by adding ads and/or selling paid links on certain pages.

OK ur earning to the sites vauluation is wrong

eg

15x 30 = 450

450 x 10 is $4500

so offer wioyuld be around 4500 and higher.

also to sell a site for around 10k there would need to be stats and traffic domain and where is is etc for all of us to look at and study.
