Selling Established Arcade Script Network. PR3

The site has been ran and promoted heavily for about a year until about 3 months ago when I opened a retail store. Below I will offer a zip download that is explains everything about this network. I cannot keep it because I don't have the time to run it.

This auction is not for one site. Its for a whole network which includes the following sites:
-The Main site where people can purchase the arcade script, purchase game packs, copyright removal, etc. (http://www.pharcade.com)
-A licensed version of Vbulletin which is the official support forums for PH Arcade. (http://www.peerhut.com)
-The two Demo sites for each arcade. The basic is free and the premium is $18.87 (http://www.basicarcade.info) & (http://www.premiumarcade.info)

Site Design, domains, and info
-urls are all Registered at domainsite.com and I will free push it to your domainsite account.
-Phacade.com is made on a completely unique. The content and graphics was made by myself.
-The forum runs custom unique layout, logo's, icons, smiles, and buttons all made by myself.
-favicons are in place for all of the sites.
-The PH Arcade script that you would be offering is at the Version 2 stage. It was just released 6 months ago and is at V2.0.4.
-Over 70 sales recorded from the starting date to June.
-SEO to perfection (over 200 hours of onsite and offsite promotion and SEO. I've submitted it to over 20,000 directories, did the blog replying, and tons of other seo related work.
-Metatags, sitemaps, and urllist.txt are in place at all of the sites.
-Starting to hit google hard to the top of many keywords that people search for with arcade scripts.

Before you ask for this download please understand that there is over $1400 that was paid into this network do a startup for it, so if you are looking for a cheap site to buy this isn't for you. The site does not cost much to run now that the startup has been payed, though.

Also, the information stats of the zip go until JUNE because its been slowing dropping since because of the new store I am running and I put it for sale a couple of months ago. Not much has changed since then.

I reserve the right to not sell if this auction does not go well. I do not enroll in ripping people off by saying that I've gotten private bids. I will not accept bids that are not in public unless the BIN was broken by it. Also I am sorry but you must have a positive itrader of 5+ if you bid at this auction. I'm looking for only serious buyers.

if you had to guess, what kind of an investment is this?
how many hours did you put in this setup?
how much cash?

 

The investment is all based on what you'd like to put into it. The more you do, the more stable income it'll make. Typically if you are ready to purchase something of this price you'd want to put in a couple of hours per day. When I used to run it fulltime is was about 3 hours per day and increasing in sales slowly.

In the beginning I put in about 11hrs per day for a month straight in order to design things in the site, forum, script, graphics, SEO, promotion, and to fight to get some backlink power. After that I really slowed down to about 3 hour per day and it was moving ahead fairly good. 3 hours was a little excessive and I did waste a far amount of time messing around in between though.

Does an Admin Panel not exist for this script? If so please provide access to a demo version of that.

 

I don't have a demo version setup for people to see the demo.

If you want to see it a little bit then download the free basic version and install it. That's the best way since it only takes (at my timed record) 3minute and 42secs(not including games)

 

Do you have an estimate on how many Free versions of the Arcade there is active on the internet?

 

I can only throw a ballpark figure on how many of the free versions are out there because I can only track them if they get a click from their copyright footer to the main site. There is roughly 60 that show up on a reference so I would think their is about 160 in total.
