    This is a well designed site running on wordpress. It takes no upkeep, and has made 5.13 from the Amazon associates program in the last 3 months (from July 23 - Oct 23rd) -

    You'd probably get more revenue out of it if you put ads on there. I've run it just as an affiliate site.
