Buying Established Adsense Sites

    I'm looking to buy several modest established (at least six months old or older) adsense sites.

    I'll pay 12x net for sites with steady or increasing monthly revenue from adsense.

    It doesn't matter what industry, topic, theme, etc, it just has to be adsense income (can also be cpm but prefer adsense-only).

    I will buy sites that are easy to update with a cms backend admin. (and easy to transfer (i.e. no manually updating dozens of pages).

    By modest I mean anything from $10/month to $60/month.

    Please no sites with declining revenues.

    I'll need proof of at least 6 months income history, referrers, monthly visits, etc.
