    I am looking to purchase some established Adsense sites with the following requirements:
    • Monthly earnings of $100-$500/month
    • Domain must be 1+ year(s) old
    • Proof of organic traffic and rankings
    • At minimum 6 months of earnings history
    • Clean backlink profile
    • Unique content and quality content.
    I will offer a multiple of 6-12x monthly revenue contingent on the site at hand.

    To these much requirements like 6 months steady earning proof, 1 year old domain name, clean backlinks profile, unique content, you are offering 6 - 12 times only ?

    I believe with such qualities, no one will sell it to you cuz people are ready to pay 20-30 times of monthly earning having this much qualities.

    I have a site which earns more or less 250 USD per month from google adsense. It has been earning since Aug 13 but I wouldn't let it go for less than 20-25 times.

    I have a few sites that together made $5k last month but the traffic is not organic or at least the majority of it is not. It is not paid traffic but driven from our emails marketing which takes me a hour or so a day to do but it is very profitable.
