Established 9 month old Myspace Site for sale!

Reason for selling:
I'm hoping to save up for a new car, as my old one is taking a sh*t. I also have a few other website projects I want to work on, so this is just sitting here, being untouched. If the bidding does not reach a decent amount, however - I will just keep the domain.

I know with the right care, SEO, and time, this site could be earning alot of money, and getting alot of visitors! I just don't have time for it, anymore.

The domain is currently hosted on my dreamhost account. I will NOT assist you in transfering the site. I will give you all needed information, but that's it. I will give you 2 weeks to transfer the account, then I will remove it from my dreamhost account. (Trust me, they're not that great anyways ) I will give you my account (after I change my details) at moniker.com, where the domain was registered.

Why was your adsense account suspended? Does it have to do with this site?

 

Don't let it go so cheap Precious, thats way to cheap for that site.

I believe that Adsense don't suspend individual sites now, just the owners.
In the case of the site thats being sold here I can't see where there would be a problem.

 

Hell yea it is. The script is that much alone. Unless the he is offering the BIN?

As stated above, any backing out will result in negative iTrader, so I will be leaving negative iTrader for Swapw, as he backed out. He backed out after me spending along time explaining to him how to keep the site maintained, taking more screenshots, telling him where to get good advertising deals, and etc. (this post is simply to justify the negative, incase he tries something funny)
