Selling Established 4 year old Tutorial Index Site for sale

    Hello,

    I have an established tutorial index site for sale. The website has over 3300 Photoshop tutorials indexed. I havent had the time to work on the site over the last few years. It used to generate over $200.00 a month with adsense + private add sales. I havent sold anything or touched the site much as of late.

    The site works by users submitting tutorials to be indexed then they are approved via an admin panel. So all you have to do is log in every day and approve a few tutorials.

    The site averages arround 150 unique visitors a day.

    Since its a great domain name with age I am starting the bidding at $500.00.

    It used to, so how much does it generate per month now? Can you please show the traffic and revenue screenshots?

    I received several PM's asking for more details on the site so I thought I would post them here as well:

    The site has a custom theme for IPB that matches the site. This can be viewed at Forums Link

    There is a custom coded admin panel where you can approve links to the index, affiliates, Change the tutorial of the week, change the site of the week, check on stats, an admin shoutbox incase there is multiple staff working together for easy communication and much more.

    The links on the right side of the page are currently sold for $10 - $15.00 a month.
