    Hello,

    I am selling my Travel Site, which I have built up over the past two years. I have spent a lot of money and time on this site, as all the content is unique and informatively correct.

    I have done a ton of SEO work on the site, and the keywords used on each page, whether it be in the title or content, was selected after much research. The site gets a lot of its visitors from search engines (80%). The site was a PR3 from February of 2010 to April of 2011. It is now a PR2.

    Domain is with GoDaddy and expires December 2012.

    Google Analytics has been included here.

    I can include 6 months worth of hosting for the site as well.

    I have never monetized the site as that was never the purpose in me creating the site. You can easily add adsense and other ad networks to the site.
