Selling Establish Affiliate Site - Multiple Page One Keywords - Easy to Maintain

Today I'm selling a long-term project of mine that has been pretty dear to me as I've watched it grow from nothing to something. However, due to other time constraints I can no longer give it the time it needs to make it a highly lucrative set of websites, in addition to needing some cash for Christmas.

Let me give you the details of the website(s). While it says whats for sale is only a blog, it is actually a compilation of a blog and multiple top ranking Squidoo sites that hold many high ranking first page Google results for multiple keywords. My Squidoo sites also hold anywhere from PR1 to PR2 rankings in Google.

The niche is in the dog training area (I can go into specifics in you're seriously interested) and has shown constant sales in ClickBank, as well as tapping into Google Adsense. (Very recently)

By just being an affiliate I have made over $270.00 in commission, as well as some money from Google Adsense and Squidoo for payouts. This website is mostly on autopilot now; however, if you can write up, or pay someone to write a few articles a month you could bring a lot of traffic to the already established websites.

Like I said earlier the Squidoo's I hold are extremely well ranked in Google (some being the #1, #2, & #3 consecutively) and other search engines. Not only for one keyword, but for multiple keywords. Some keywords have thousands of searches a month, which help greatly with the organic traffic.

As for the blog, it was established in August of this year and has been more of a middle man site before I send off interested buyers to the sales page. After split testing I have found that it is quite effective and has boosted sales. It runs off WordPress and is extremely easy to manage.

Below I will list the Squidoo's for sale along with the blog. If you're a serious bidder I will give you full access to the statistics and show you the long term constancy of the website, proving this is built for long-term revenue.
