I need to get some ideas for an essay that I have to write. I have the topic, but as far as ideas are concerned I am a bit lost... The topic is "How diversity and inclusion will impact the workplace in the future." Diversity meaning unique characteristics that we possess; inclusion meaning embracing strengths and encouraging involvement... Hopefully you guys can toss some ideas my way. I am drawing a huge blank... Thanks!
