how did they steal your domain. Did you give them access to registrar account or something? Can you explain what happened.

I had dealt with them and had lots of problems in verification as they wanted 5+ documents (including passport copy and stuff) and that too differs on the mood of the support person, No kidding ;) I was asked a new document every time I submit one. Had late replies and delayed domain push during weekends, but I don't think they are a scam.
    Try this email:

You guys are completely ridiculous, grow up!

Also, RichieRich, the emails were delayed because it was the weekend, most US companies do not provide support on the weekend. The reason we require documentation for the buyers is to stop people such as the OP of this thread from stealing domain names and PayPal accounts.

I defended EscrowDns as a scam free company. I never said it was ridiculous for you to ask multiple documents or a delay in domain push in weekends. I just stated the fact of my experience. After sending the scanned copy of terms copy, I was told send a passport copy and it was enough, after I scanned and sent it, I was asked for utility bills. Though I was allowed without it, when I defended it. I understand the delay in domain push or verification doc's needed due to the nature of business. You better reply to those 2 guys above who report you as a scam and present your clarification and report to mods so they can work with you to ban them or delete the thread if they're false. I have completed the verification process and I would definately use your service if a seller wants to do it [I dont sell domains], except on weekends though ;)

    Regards,
    Richie.

EscrowDNS is a good organization - you are the scam. Everyone beware of doing business with this person.
