Escrow step 4 - loads of questions about escrow. help

    I sold a site and its at step 4 , it passed the insepction period and everything, now its at IES review terms. its been like that for 2 days, and i e-maield and they said they wil release funds soon.

    what are they doign during this process? exactly.
    and at this point after the inspection period etc has been passed can the buyer request a cancell on the transaction?

    No, buyer cannot cancel but I dont know about the inspection period IEs or so. Contact them with this specific issue...
