Escrow.com is it recommended?

I am selling a site shortly, and the buyer is interested in using Escrow.com. I have never used this site before, is it easy to use and legitimate?

Any input is welcome. Thanks guys.

You can't go wrong with Escrow.com Everyone uses it.

 

Most of the time, escrow is the best payment option if you are selling hugh site and to filter the best bidder. If they can proceed with escrow payment, they are showing their interest and the % the close the deal is higher.

Great service! Service fee is great - not so high/expensive like Sedo.

 

You'd better use it while dealing with others.Both the buyer and the seller will benefit.

 

I have used it twice as a seller and it was great. The fees are a little higher, but you can split the cost between buyer and seller or just the buyer can pay the fee, etc.

yes, but be careful of scam escrow websites there are many scam escrow websites setup to fool ebay buyers. I received one offer like that...

www.escrow.com is legitimate and very usefull though, but not fall in the trap of scam duplicates!
