Escrow.com - Is it really 100% safe to sell a website?

    Hi

    Someone reached to me from my email and offered over 150.000$ for one of my gsm-mobile phones website. It is generating near 6k/month for over 3 years.

    Let me come to the question, they want to buy this webpage from escrow.com is it really fully risk free to sell it from there, what shuld i check before selling and where to sell anywhere else i am looking for professional ideas.

    Everything had their risk,but escrow had the minimal.
    I would suggest you to ask him if hi is available to make the payment through Western Union or bank transfer.
    With wu,you will be 100% safe about your money.

    The way you suggest is completely UNWORKABLE
    you must put yourself in the buyer shoes
    if you are the buyer,will you transfer the $$ to seller account without any documentation that show that you are buying the website.
