    Why are you selling this site?
    I don't want to work in the adult industry anymore , I've been an adult niche webmaster for 3-4 years .

    How is it monetized?
    It's not monetized , I just put some banners and let few spaces , and I was going to contact the escort agencies from UK to propose them a deal . It can make anywhere between 1000 GBP - 5000 GBP per month , depends at what price you sell the ads (billed monthly) . You can integrate Paypal , Payza , Payoneer etc . to automate the independent escort payments . Wordpress dashboard , really easy to operate without any programming skills.

    No.

    How much time does this site take to run?
    It doesn t need maintenance , it's on autopilot , all you have to do is to promote it and sell the 10-20 ad spaces to 10-20 escort agencies in London . Domain is aged ~ 4 yrs, I customized the template from scratch (template costed $59).

    What challenges are there with running this site?
    Just pay the hosting few bucks a month .
