    ok here is a simple list:

    main page has a gallery of images arranged in say rows of 3 images are only small thumbs maybe 125x125

    these link to a standard layout of the model with room for pics and details.

    backend will only need to be simple to allow creation of a new page for new models and add a thumb to the front page.

    front page will have categories by region

    Can be accomplished with Wordpress, a couple of tweaks, some plugins... Will do it for $150
