escalating dispute for paypal review

    so i need a advice on escalating the claim to paypal so they can review it.

    I have opened a dispute and the seller responded with something like he won the auction and it was delivered immediately.

    but i still have proofs of all messages and i paypal said it required my action. I just edited it to be time significant item received late and i am not sure how i can contact paypal to review the case.

    I want paypal to review it and judge it. As i am sure if the indian paypal holder cheated me he should have cheated before and also many have to be against him in paypal.
    So paypal may refund my money.

    If anyone can help me win the dispute i could do something to them. [even pay some dollars as the amount that i am opening dispute is over hundred $]

    Your best bet would be to call PayPalk and ask to speak to somebody from the resolutions team. Explain exactly what happened to them, in full detail and they will advise you on the best possible course of action for you to possibly get your money back. They are quite helpful on the phone if you're polite to them and don't get angry. Remember they have procedures to follow and they might not be able to do every single thing you ask of them.
