hello, today, I found that "escalate the dispute to a claim" option has been removed by PayPal. Not only this, the structure of dealing with disputes has also been changed. I think PP is being run by retarded people. Today, dealing with a dispute I was told to enter the required information as a seller. As soon as I selected my address, I got the message that PP has received your information... LOL. I am totally disappointed using PP these days.... It really sucks ! What you have to say? Thanks
Paypal is going through a number of lawsuits in the US. Also there are a number of restrictions being applied by RBI, so PP will soon become very difficult to be used by people as they will need verification for everything. Ultimately, when people suffer, they will go to another service provider. Paypal was so much easier to use way back in 2007
