    Hey, long time since I've been on the forums but I'm just looking for a quick appraisal of errr.com. I'm not looking to sell immediately but a few people have been approaching me over the past couple of years with differing offers.

    It's simply a domain I own, no existing traffic and no existing site.

    Also looking for ideas on what you think should be at the domain, if it were a website.

    Yeah, I wasn't planning on selling, it's just I was receiving unsolicited offers and I was wondering what a rough estimate as to what its value would be.

    Anyone else have any opinions?

    As every other market currently, yes.


    And IF you planned on selling it, I would currently expect around $500, except for the guy some post above me that offered $1000 right now. :)

    I would build it up, even if only with a mediocre website that didn't require extensive investments. Not to build a site, but simply to build up the domains rankings and traffic. This will drastically increase the value!
