errors on my blog can anyone tell me what it means?

    Line 264 column 99: required attribute "alt" not specified.

    you need the alt (image description) for every image

    and the other are just syntax error, just make sure you close the tag whenever you open one

    but I dont have any images in my blog .and I never changed any code.

    do I have to scratch my blog now to get a new install of word press?

    I kave never done this?

    ok I removed the images now I still have 18 errors
