Error with the textarea in IE 8 only

    Hi folks,

    My website is working fine in all browsers, but the text area isn't working in IE 8.
    Can anyone help me to get rid of this problem?

    it won't fixed cause it depends on some jquery functions not accepted by IE
    it also looks so bad on IE6,7..
    but it works fine on FF
